OBITUARY
Terry Adams
PRINCETON -- Terry Adams, 38, of 23205 2160
North Ave., Princeton, died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, at St. Margaret's
Hospital in Spring Valley.
Born July 25, 1966, in Morrison to Robert and
Ruth (Renner) Adams, he married Melanie A. Day on Aug. 5, 1989, in
Galesburg. She survives.
He was a school teacher and coach during his
lifetime. He taught school at LaMoille Junior High School, Rock Falls High
School, Hall High School in Spring Valley, the Covenant Children's Home in
Princeton and Princeton High School. He coached several sports, including
basketball, track, volleyball and softball. He was also freshman class
advisor at Princeton High School.
He was a graduate of Western Illinois University
in Macomb in 1987 and received his master's degree in education in 1995. He
was a member of the American Motorcycle Association and the Brush Poppers
Motorcycle Club in Morrison.
Also surviving are one daughter, Haley, at home;
two sons, Alex and Cole, at home; his parents of Tampico; one brother,
Robert C. (Dawn) Adams of Geneseo; one sister, Sheri (Gary) Fetrow of
Tampico; eight nieces and one nephew.
His grandparents, one son, and one daughter all
preceded him in death.
His body was cremated and a memorial service
will be held at a later date at Princeton High School.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
The Garland Funeral Home in Walnut was in charge
