Willis Glenn Barber Accident Victim
Manlius: - Willis Glenn Barber, 34,
Sheffield, died May 16 at Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton, of injuries
suffered in a two-truck accident Thursday afternoon. He was born May 15,
1931 in Manlius Township, the son of Claude and Frieda Schuneman Barber. He
was married to Janet Salzman, Sept. 10, 1966, at Grace United Brethren
Church, in Hooppole.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, Stephen
and Paul, one daughter Debra; his mother Mrs. Claude Barber; two sisters,
Mrs. Duane (Marjorie) Ray, Cedarville, and Mrs. John (Kathleen) Hornabegay,
Champaign, and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded by
his father in 1961.
He was a member of the Grace United Brethren
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 19,
at 2 p.m. at the United Brethren Church, Manlius, with Rev. Stephen Joos
officiating. Burial will be in Manlius Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Howard Johnson Funeral
Home, Manlius, Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A memorial has been established for the
United Brethren Church.
