OBITUARY
Mary Duffy
Ohio: - MARY DUFFY, 19, 101 N. Washington
St., died Sunday at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, as a result
injuries received in a car/truck accident. Prayer services will be 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday at the Garland Funeral Home in Walnut, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass
of Christian Burial at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Rev.
William Harbert, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s
Cemetery in Ohio. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the
funeral home with Scriptures at 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.
She was born July 23, 1969 in Princeton, the
daughter of Edward and Rosemary Kemper Duffy. Miss Duffy was a 1987
Ohio High School graduate and had attended Sauk Valley College for the past
three semesters. She was employed by Hardee’s in Princeton at the time of
her death and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in
Ohio.
She is survived by her parents; five sisters,
Deb, Phyllis, Erin, Megan, and Deanne, all at home; and her maternal
grandmother, Carolyn Kemper of Ashton.
She was preceded in death by her paternal
grandparents and her maternal grandfather.
