Miss Francis Hoffman Dies, Funeral Monday
Walnut: - Miss Francis Hoffman, 36, Van
Orin, died Thursday evening in Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, where
she had been a patient for one month.
The body was removed to the Ross Funeral Home
where arrangements were completed. It will be taken to the family home after
noon on Sunday and friends may call at the home Sunday evening.
Funeral services will be conducted in the Ohio
Methodist church Monday at 2 p.m. Dr. Robert Mulligan, Rockford, former
pastor of the Ohio Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Union
Cemetery in Ohio.
Miss Hoffman was born near Ohio on Oct. 16,
1924, the daughter of Charles and Alice Smiley Hoffman.
Survivors are her father, Charles Hoffman; one
brother Glenn, and one sister, Mrs. Adolph (Inez) Schmidt.
She was preceded in death by her mother who died
in January 1941.
