officiating.
Burial
will be
in St.
Mary's
Catholic
Cemetery,
Ohio.
Friends
may

the
Norberg
Memorial
Funeral
Home
Monday
from 2-5
and 7-9
p.m. The
rosary
will be
recited
at the
funeral
home at
7 p.m.
Monday.
Memorials
may be
directed
to the
Cancer
Fund.
Mrs.
Knuth
was born
at
Maytown
on April
30,
19909,
the
daughter
of
Alexander
Henry
and
Josephine
Faivre
Montavon.
She
married
Conrad
Knuth
June 10,
1940 at
Maytown.
He died
one
month
ago. She
was a
member
of the
Immaculate
Conception
Church,
Catholic
Women's
Society
of the
church,
was a
1930
graduate
of
DeKalb
State
Teachers
College
and
taught
in rural
grade
schools
in Lee
County
from
1930-1940.
She
taught
catechism
in the
Catholic
church
at Ohio
and was
a
substitute
teacher
in the
local
grade
schools.
Survivors
include
one son,
Conrad
J.,
Princeton;
two
daughters,
Mrs.
Wayne
(Adele)
Lafrenz,
San
Francisco,
Calif.;
and Mrs.
John
(Antoinette)
Tokarski,
Ohio;
one
grandson,
one
sister,
Mrs.
Glenn (Eleanore)
Turnbull,
Rock
Island;
and one
brother,
Albert
Montavon.
She was
preceded
in death
by her
husband,
one
daughter
in
infancy,
Therese;
two
sisters
and two
brothers.
