MARGARET ELLEN LIND

Margaret Lind Buried In Manlius Cemetery

Manlius: - Funeral services for Margaret Ellen Lind were held in the Trinity Lutheran church Friday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Engen presiding. Organ music was played by Mrs. Virgil Hurst. Pallbearers were William Doty, Ronald Hewitt, William Gaunt, Jerry Dabler, Robert Schaefer and Richard Anderson. Burial was in Manlius Cemetery.

Margaret Ellen Lind, the daughter of Robert and Mildred Lind, was born in Princeton, Jan. 15, 1936. She was reared in Manlius community, attended Hickory Grove school and Manlius high school. She was a faithful communicant member of the Trinity Lutheran church and served as a teacher and an officer in its Sunday school. She was a member of the Luther League and church choir.

Margaret was active in high school and community organizations, being a member of the high school chorus and band, dramatics, Latin club, 4-H, and president of FHA.
