CHESTER A McFALLS - of 820 N Plum St., Princeton, formerly of Rock Falls, died Monday evening in the Perry Memorial Hospital at Princeton at the age of 69. Mr. McFalls was born in Rock Falls Sept. 12, 1899, the son of Frank and Cassie Gassenschmidt McFalls. He lived the first 59 years of his life in Rock Falls, moving to Princeton 10 years ago to become employed as a pressman for the Tribune Printing Company of Princeton, where he took sick last Wednesday and entered the hospital on Friday. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Rock Falls.

Chester A. McFalls was united in marriage to Margaret Huntley Sept. 23, 1918 and they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. He is survived by his wife, four sons, Richard and Chester of Sterling, Robert of Rock Falls and Keith of San Diego, Calif; one daughter, Mrs. Marion (Mary) Genkinger of RFD, Rock Falls; three brothers, Guy of Franklin, Pa.; George of Rockford and Frank of Sterling; 11 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, three brothers and five sisters. Burial in IOOF Cemetery, Rock Falls.
