Mrs. Edward Bestal Wilson Miles
Mrs. Edward Miles died at her home on west North
street Saturday. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Dr.
Jerome R. McGlade of the Presbyterian church conducting the services. The
interment was at Oakland cemetery. The decedent was born in Princeton July
12, 1861. Most of her childhood was spent in Philadelphia, Pa., but she
returned to Princeton in 1876, where three years later she was married to
Evan Wilson. Two children were born of this union, Evan and Myrtle. The
latter was her mother's constant companion during her long illness. On the
4th of June 1903, she was married to Edward Miles. Most of the time since
then was spent on the farm north of town. About four months ago they moved
to their present home. Besides her husband and children she leaves her
parents and one brother to mourn her loss.
