Died, on the 16th of April, 1884, John William
Nottingham, in his 75th year. He was born in Yorkshire, England, May 2nd,
1806, leaving there for America at the age of 20 years. Coming to Princeton
in the year of 1851, he settled on the banks of the Bureau creek near Dover,
where he lived until his death. The funeral services were conducted at the
school house near the cemetery where the remains were interred. The
