OBITUARY

 

ADOLPH L. SCHRADER

Walnut: - Funeral services for Adolph L. Schrader of Walnut were held Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Ross Funeral Home with the Rev. Orville Cole of Magnolia, officiating. Organist was Mrs. John Foss.

Pallbearers were Lyle Schrader, Dennis Schrader, Robert DeWaele, Forrest Peterson, George L. Gerbitz and George DeWaele. Burial was in the Walnut Cemetery.

Adolph L. Schrader, son of John and Minnie Pieplo Schrader, as born April 21, 1894, at Hollowayville. He moved with his parents to Walnut when he was four years old. He was a member of the Lutheran Church. He married Orpha W. Gerbitz of Walnut on Oct. 23, 1915. He was a construction contractor in the Walnut area about 40 years prior to his retirement.

Survivors include his wife and one brother, George, both of Walnut. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and one sister.
