In the matter of the heirship of Charles B. Churchill, Deceased.
THE EVIDENCE HEARD
Be it remembered, that on this day the above matter regularly coming on to be heard, there personally appeared in open court C. Belden Churchill of said county, of lawful age, a creditable witness, who being first duly sworn according to law and examined on oath did depose and say:
My name is C. Beldon Churchill; I am 40 years of age, and I now reside and have resided in this county for over 25 years past. I was well acquainted with Charles B. Churchill in his lifetime and also know his family.
The said Charles B. Churchill, deceased, was at the time of his death, a citizen of the United States of America, and died at his home and residence in the Township of Joshua I this county, on or about the 8th day of February A. D. 1946.
The said Charles B. Churchill at the time of his death left him surviving:
Minne Churchill -- Widow
C. Beldon Churchill -- Son
Bernadine McKean -- Daughter
Olive Belle Keefauver -- Daughter
Mary Elizabeth Harr -- Daughter
That said Charles B. Churchill, deceased did not leave heirs surviving other than is above stated, and other children or any descendant or descendants of any deceased child or children and that the said persons so named by me as heirs above stated and constitute the only heirs at law of said Charles B. Churchill, deceased. That said widow and heirs, as I verily believe, are of their majority and under no disability.

Churchill, deceased.

Now this matter coming on to be heard on evidence adduced in open court as to the heirship of Charles B. Churchill, deceased, late of Joshua Twp., Fulton Co., Ill. And the Court being sufficiently advised in the premises, doth find and declare that the said Charles B. Churchill departed this life intestate on the 8th day of February A. D. 1946, leaving him surviving

Bernadine McKean -- Daughter
Olive Belle Keefauver -- Daughter
Mary Elizabeth Harr -- Daughter
as his sole heirs at law.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, bounded as follows: commencing at the Southwest corner of said quarter section, running thence East one hundred (100) rods, thence North thirty-two (32) rods, thence West one hundred (100) rods and thence South thirty-two (32) rods to the place of beginning, containing twenty (20) acres more or less; also eight (8) acres of land off the West side of the Southeast thirty (30) acres of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, it being the same land conveyed by deed dated December 17, 1850 by John Brown to James H. Stipp.
