We, the undersigned appraisers appointed by the County Court of Fulton County to appraise the goods and chattels of DANIEL W. CHURCHILL, deceased, do hereby make and certify to said court the following award to the Surviving Spouse and children of the decedent, to wit:

First. The family pictures and wearing apparel, jewels and ornaments of herself and minor children.

Second. Surviving Spouse award $1,500.00

(In no case shall the about be less than $1,000.00)

Third. Award for children of deceased under 18 years $ none

Fourth. Award to children of decedent under 21 years of age and of

female children residing with decedent at time of death. $ none
