EXECUTOR'S INDIVIDUAL BOND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That I
Leonard A. Churchill of the County of Fulton and State of Illinois, am bound to
the People of the State of Illinois in the penal sum of $30,000.00, lawful money
of the United States, for the payment of which I bind myself, and my heirs,
executors and administrators jointly and severally by these presents.
THE CONDITION OF THIS OBILGATION IS SUCH
that if I, as Executor of the Will of DANIEL W. CHURCHILL, deceased, faithfully
discharge the duties of my office according to law and do all acts which at any
time may be required of me by law or by a court, then this obligation is void;
otherwise it remains in full force.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that LEONARD A. CHURCHILL has been appointed Executor of the Will of DANIEL W. CHURCHILL, deceased, who died on the 17th day of DECEMBER, 1949 and is authorized to sue for and collect the personal estate of and debts due the decedent and to perform all duties imposed on him by the Will so far as there is property and the law charges him and to do all other acts now or hereafter required of him by law.

I desire to retain the following articles named in the "Appraisement Bill" of Personal Property of the estate, viz.:
Automobile-Ford, Value $432.00
The total value of which, as appraised, is $432.00 and esire to take balance in money, being One Thousand Sixty-eight ($1,068.00) Dollars.
