IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DANIEL W. CHURCHILL, Deceased

 

The undersigned, LEONARD A. CHURCHILL, EXECUTOR of the Last Will and Testament of Daniel W. Churchill deceased, would respectfully submit to the Court the following report of his acts and doings as such  Executor from his appointment to October 27, A. D. 1950 and charges himself with the following, to wit:

 

Charged Per Inventory:

U. S. Bond $3,000.00
Automobile 432.00
Other tangibles (1/2 interest-$6,887.60) $3,443.75
Funds in joint tenacy with Caroline L. $11,611.14
Churchill, the wife of decedent $18,486.89

AND asks to be credited with the following payments to Creditors of Deceased, as per vouchers herewith submitted.

Taff & Putman, Attorney Fees 975.00
Executor's Fees (Leonard A. Churchill) 500.00
Widow's Award 1500.00
