of Eugene Churchill
Editor's Note: Eugene Churchill, 2nd cousin once removed of Charles Belden Churchill Sr. (Silas, Ezekiel, Samuel Jr. Ens. Samuel Sr., Joseph Sr., Josiah Churchill).
I, Eugene Churchill, Buckheart Township, Fulton County, Illinois, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT, as follows:--
FIRST, After my lawful debts are paid, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved WIFE, MARTHA EMILY CHURCHILL, of Buckheart Township, Fulton County, Illinois, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind or nature and wherever situated, to have and to hold the same unto herself and her heirs and assigns forever.
SECOND, I hereby appoint my said wife, Martha Emily Churchill, to be Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and canceling all former Wills by me made.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this Twenty-first day of November, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine.

Subscribed by Eugene Churchill, the testator named in the fore-going Will, in the presence of each of us and at the time of making such subscription, the above Instrument was declared by the said testator to be his Last Will and Testament, and each of us, at the request of said Testator and in his presence and I the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto.
