FINAL REPORT OF THE ACCOUNT OF EMMA CHURCHILL, EXECUTRIX under the Last Will and Testament of Eugene Churchill, Deceased.

TO THE JUDGE OF THE COUNTY COURT OF FULTON COUNTY

THE UNDERSIGNED, Emma Churchill, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Eugene Churchill, deceased would respectfully submit to the Court the following report of her act and doings as such executrix from November 2, 1923, to October 16, A. D. 1925. and charges herself with the following, to-wit:

ITEM OF RECEIPTS

Household furniture, consisting of furniture, bedding, dishes, etc., as per inventory $1500.00

One-half co-partnership property as per co-partnership inventory and appraisement bill $1050.00

One-half wheat crop $251.66

Cash on hand at time of decease $200.00

Total Amount of Money Received or Collected $3001.65

CONTRA

And asks to be credited with following payments to Creditors of Deceased, as per vouchers herewith submitted.

ITEMS PAID OUT

E. E. Fisher, claim allowed $563.50

Gustine, Inc., claim allowed $15.30

Canton Ledger Co., publishing claim day notice $8.10

Clarence Tanner, County Clerk, costs of administration County Court $38.05

TOTAL $624.95

RECAPITULATION

Total amount received $3001.65

Total amount paid out $624.95

Balance Due $2376.70

And further reports that the debts and claims against said estate have all been paid, leaving the above balance to be distributed between the heirs lawfully entitled thereto, as follows:

To Emma Churchill, widow of Eugene Churchill, deceased $2376.70

Sole beneficiary under will. (Receipt Filed)

And now moves the court that she may be allowed to make distribution as above set forth, and having made and taken receipts therefore and presented to this Court, asks to be discharged, all of which is respectfully submitted.
