KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Robert N. Churchill has been appointed Administrator of the estate of FANNIE B. CHURCHILL, deceased, who died on the 20th day of February, 1945 and is authorized to sue for and collect the personal estate of and debts due the decedent, and is authorized to perform all duties imposed on him so far as there is property and the law charges him. And to do all other acts now or hereafter required of him by law.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That we, Robert N. Churchill, as Principal, and Robert I. Churchill and Margaret Churchill, as Sureties, of the County of Fulton, and State of Illinois are bound to the people of the State of Illinois in the penal sum of $500.00, lawful money of the United States, for the payment of which we and each of us bind ourselves and our heirs, executors, and administrators jointly and severally by these presents.
THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH That if the said ROBERT N. CHURCHILL, Administrator of the Estate of Fannie B. Churchill, Deceased, faithfully discharge the duties of his office according to law and do all acts which at any time may be required of him by law or by a court, then this obligation is void; otherwise it remains in full force.

FINAL REPORT
TO THE HONORABLE W. S. JEWELL, Judge of said Court
The undersigned, ROBERT N. CHURCHILL, Administrator of the Estate of Fannie B. Churchill, deceased, would respectfully submit to the Court the following report of his acts and doings as such Administrator from July 31, 1945, the date of his appointment, to the first day of May, 1946:
He reports that no personal property or money has come into his hands; that no claims have been filed against said Estate; and that all claims and debts against said Estate have been paid. He further reports that he has no funds in his hands for distribution to the heirs of said deceased. He further reports that the Clerk’s costs and attorney fees have been paid.
He now moves the Court that a date of hearing on this Report be fixed; that the Court order notice to be given to the persons entitled thereto; and that, upon a hearing this Report be approved and, upon approval, that the Court order the undersigned, as Administrator, to be discharged, the sureties upon his official Administrator’s Bond released, and said Estate declared fully settled and closed.
