• R. Ross Atherton adjudged insane and ordered conveyed to the asylum for the insane.
   
• Estate of Rebecca Bell, deceased, Bond of Stephen S. Lindsey in sum of $100.00 approved and recorded and letters granted.
   
• S. P. Brown declared insane and ordered to the hospital for the insane.
   
• The following clams vs. the estate of J. M. Churchill, deceased, were presented and allowed: Anna C. Nilson, $157.62; E. G. Roe, $311.10; Olive A. Deshon, $104.20; Mary E. Public Notice

IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of June, A. D. 1885, we shall attend before the county court of Fulton County, state of Illinois, sitting for probate business at the court house in Lewistown, county and state aforesaid, for the purpose of settling and adjusting all claims against the estate of Squire p. Miller, late of said county, deceased, when and where all claimants against said estate are requested to present their demands for settlement and adjustment. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make payment to the undersigned without delay.
