Arthur P. Erdman, Geneseo, a retired farmer died Friday, July 28, at Hammond Henry Hospital , Geneseo. He was 91.  Services for Mr. Erdman were held Sunday, July 30, at 2 p.m. at Myers Funeral home, Geneseo, Rev. Keith Karan, pastor of the First Congregational church Geneseo officiating; Burial was in Oakwood cemetery, Geneseo.  Pallbearers were Roger Wildermuth, Robert Miller, Alvin Reschke, Arley Krueger, Jim Lundquist and Gilbert Erdman.

  He was born March 5, 1887 in Geneseo.  On September 1913 he was married to Lydia Pobanz in Geneseo.  She died in 1963.  He farmed all his life in the Edford and Osco Township areas.  Surviving are two sons Arvin and Burdette, both of Geneseo; four grandchildren, a great grandson and a sister, Mrs. Albert Krueger, Geneseo.  He was preceded in death by a son Stanley and a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Jones in addition to his wife.
