Frank Delphy, 87, of Geneseo, died Sunday, Jan 12 at Hammon Henry hospital, Geneseo. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 15 in the Wright chapel of the Stackhouse-Moore Funeral homes, Geneseo. The Rev. Richard Mick, pastor of the Geneseo Grace United Methodist church officiated and burial was in North cemetery, Geneseo. Pallbearers were August Heinsen, Loren Swemline, John Phillips, Kenneth Douglas, Larry Douglas and Edision Franks. Memorials may be made to the Grace United Methodist church.

Mr. Delphey was born July 10, 1898, in Woodhull, son of Tom and Sarah Medhurst Delphey. He was reared and recieved his education in Woodhull. On May 27, 1925, he married Alma Swemline in Cambridge. The couple retired in 1956 after farming for many years in the Geneseo and Hillsdale areas. Surviving are his wife, two grandsons, three great-grandchildren and a brother George of Geneseo. He was preceded in death by one daughter and six sisters.
