Miss Hattie Mead, of Kansas City is visiting Geneseo friends.

Henry Hoeft is in Chicago buying stock for his harness store.

Jacob Broghammer, a dweller in Atkinson, will migrate to Cambridge .

Miss Kate Canfield, of Sabula , Iowa is a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Young.

Mrs. H.E. Stimpson is building a large addition to her house on Buffalo street .

Rev. W.S.T. Metzger, late of Morristown has removed to Shannon Carroll County .

Alderman Hawkins and wife entertained a party of friends handsomely last evening.

Mrs. Kate Linnell started last Tuesday for Boulder Co where she will visit this summer.

Mr. Philip Ott went to Kansas last Wednesday to look up a chance for investment in lands.

Several city churches allowed their evening service to go by default last Sunday owing to the rain.

Mr Theo Mattes has got home from a trip in Iowa . We understand he purchased some land while he was out there.

Dan Hadley, of Osco, has bought two imported Clydesdale mares. He purposes to raise some genuine full blood stock.

Station Agent Baird is afflicted with a bad looking eye. A piece of sealing wax flew off a package he was opening and caused the trouble.
