FORMER GENESEO RESIDENT DIES IN STERLING SEPT. 24

Graveside services for Mrs. Jane Hoover, a former Genseo resident were held Friday, September 26 at the Riverside cemetery, Sterling . Mrs. Hoover died Wednesday September 24 at the Dhanks Nursing Home in Hinsdale , Illinois .  She had been a residing at the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Repke in Glen Ellyn until a few months ago.  She had been in failing health for two years.  Surviving besides her daughter are a son John Hoover of Tucson , Arizona ; three grandchildren and three sisters.  Her husband, Edward Hoover died April 16, 1949 .  Mrs. Harry Snodgrass, Mrs. Fred Berner and Mrs., John Morrow attended the services.
