 Mrs. William ( Lena ) Gradert, 70, died at midnight Thursday at the home of her son Lloyd.  She was born Nov. 28, 1887 , in Annawan. the daughter of August and Caroline Zimmerman.  She lived in Annawan all her life.  On Oct. 25, 1905 , she was married to William Gradert in Cambridge .  She belonged to Annawan Community church.  Survivors include her husband and her son Lloyd, five brothers; August Zimmerman, Toulon; Joe, Keswick Iowa; Charles, New Sharon Iowa, Albert and Roy, and one sister Mrs. Leslie Clark all of Deep River Iowa. Preceding her in death were parents, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held at the P.L. Wilson Funeral home in Annawan at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Community church at 2 p.m. with the Rev. V.S. Chaffee officiating.  Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery , Geneseo.
