Raymond DeSplinter, 73, of 507 W. Front St., Annawan, died today at home. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Stackhouse-Schueneman-Moore Funeral Home, Annawan. The Rev. George Herbach of Sacred Heart Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Annawan Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Mr. DeSplinter was born in Annawan Twp. He married Lois Gradert in July 1930 in Princeton. He had owned and operated a barbershop in Annawan, retiring in 1962. Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Eugene Eilers, prophetstown, and Miss Marlene DeSplinter, Bettendorf; two grandchildren; a brother, Charles, Tucson, Arizonia and a sister, Mrs. Vernon Williams, Annawan
