George Monroe, brother of the groom.  Signed as a witness on the marriage certificate and is mentioned in the newspaper article as the groomsman.  He is the son of Charles Henry MONROE and Ella BURNS, AKA, Mary Ellen GIPE.  Although the photograph is not labeled with his name, this person has been confirmed by a descendant of George Monroe to be her ancestor based on the photograph.

Ona Dorothy - She is listed as a witness on the wedding license and is listed as a bridesmaid in the newspaper article.  Although not identified on the photograph, the confirmation of the other three individuals would appear to point to this being her.

Ella Mae Maseker (or Masker).  Bride.  She is the daughter of John W. MASEKER (or Masker) and Sarah Ellen HOOTON.  John Masker died in LaSalle County and Sarah Ellen remarried in Kewanee to Joseph BEXSON.  These parents are listed in the newspaper article.

Charles Leroy "Roy" Monroe.  Groom.  He is the son of Charles Henry MONROE and Ella BURNS, AKA Mary Ellen GIPE.  Ella Burns was married 3 times, first to Charles H. Monroe, second to Joseph Parquette, and third to August Krueger.  Mr. and Mrs. August Krueger are mentioned in the newspaper article.
