Fink (Finck) Cemetery


Fink Cemetery is located in the south-east quarter of the south-west quarter of Section 20 of Truro Township on Wayne "Barney" Ott's property. Across the street from Mr. Ott's house along the edge of the field is a wooded area. Walk along the wooded area until you see a wide path. Go down the path until you see yellow tape wrapped around a tree....which will lead you down the path to other yellow-taped trees. Follow the "yellow-tape trees" until you reach the cemetery.  In the summer time, the cemetery may be hard to detect, though there is a fence surrounding it. Mr. Renwick partially restored the cemetery and stones. A valiant effort!

Since the cemetery was so overgrown when we visited it, we'll have to go back in the fall when the foliage has died away. I'm sure that we missed some stones. Some of the stones had rod markers to find them more easily. Below are a few pictures I took...
