Gilson Woodmen Relax From Work and Enjoy Oyster Supper

       Members of the Gilson M. W. of A. held installation of officers at the lodge rooms last Thursday, following the installation of officers.  An oyster supper was served to which several of the townsmen were invited.

     The menu included oyster soup, doughnuts, celery, and coffee.

     The guests were Claude McCoy, Everett Pickrel, Percy Sherman, Ed Holloway, and Edward Huff.

     The newly elected officers were:

          Consul – Wilbur Hollway        

          Adviser – Milo Merfield

          Clerk – W. E. Conner

          Banker – G. E. Williamson

          Escort – James Moore

          Watchman – Ray Morss

          Sentry – L. L. Sherman

          Trustees – A. R. Holloway, C. L. Dossett, L. L. Sherman

 
     Regular meetings are held the 2nd and last Thursday of each month.

     Entertainment committee – J. Pickrel, Jr., and Guy Williamson.
