Descendants of Benjamin H. Havens
Hello-
My name is Karen Morlan and I have been researching my family lines in Mason,
Fulton & Knox Counties for 8 years. Interesting to me is how many family lines
intertwine and as I searched more I found so many other families who relate in
one way or the other.
Just a few of the names I have in my files and are closely related are:
Jennings, Bybee, Bauman, Boone, Havens, Prichard, Wilcoxen Willcoxen and other
spellings, Ballard, Smith, William H., Farnsworth, Shaw, Pollitt, McCarty,
Harrison, Manahan, Horton, Homer, Hagan, Fisher, Carver, and the Story family in
Knox County.
Most of these people are in Fulton County but I have found several in Mason
County and back and forth across the county line.
Please visit my posting of my family on Rootsweb:

Marriage Notes for LEONARD JENNINGS and OLGA
BOYKIN:
Olga was only 15 when she married Leonard
Jennings. He was a friend of her father's and had
lived next door to them in Oregon. Leonard had worked with her dad
at the ship building yard. It was Joe Boykin who got Leonard to
become a Mason in the Masonic Order. Love letters from one to the
other at the time of their marriage show they were really struck by
the love bug. She finished her high school years and graduated with
honors.
