ATHENS, ILL, May 13 -- Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today for Julian Hall, 56, who died at his home two miles south of here Wednesday evening. Rev. Lester Gerber of Lynnville officiated at services in the Christian church and burial was in Hall cemetery at Athens. Except for four years as state's attorney at Petersburg, Mr. Hall spent his life on the farm where he died. He was for many years a member of the school board.
Surviving is his wife, Lillie; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Ayers and Miss Lillie; three sons, Watson, Julian and Morris, all of Athens.
