
NEW WINSOR FAIR AND RODEO
An IPRA approved rodeo drawing nationally ranked contestants with evening performances and entertainment, every August at Rodeo Park in New Windsor.
There are seven rodeo events that include: bareback bronc riding, saddle bronc riding, calf roping, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing and the most dangerous of all, bull riding. There are also rodeo clown acts, which the children love.
This will be the 68th year of the rodeo and is a huge attraction and a lot of fun for everyone.
Throughout the three day event there is a flea market on the grounds also a craft and hobby show, painting and photography competition. There is also a flower, fruit and vegetable competition all open to public participation. The Fair also has a carnival with rides and food. Many organizations take part in the Fair and there is lots to do and see.
