Mrs. Amy G. Nelson,88, of Memphis , died Thursday at St. Francis Nursing Home. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge of local arrangements. She was an Independent Presbyterian. The widow of George C. Nelson, she leaves two sisters, Mrs. Faye Slauson, and Mrs. Alice McKahin, both of Illinois . (Daughter of Edward G. and Hannah Christopher Griem of Rock Island )
