Cordova's Methodist Church

The second church in Cordova was the Cordova Methodist church which was founded in the 1840s when the building was built on 4th Street. The brick was made in the Kincaid Brickyard in Cordova. The church was closed for some time but was remodeled in 1909 but was then closed again. The church was used as a high school for two years.
