The death of Frank Ranbarger occured at 1:30 this morning at St. Anthonys hospital following an illness of a few days with a complication of ailments. Mr. Ranbarger was born in Rock Island in 1874 and he spent all of his life in the vicinity. He was a stationary engineer by trade. He had never married. Deceased is survived by five brothers John, Fort Madison, Iowa: William, George, Clarence and Emery of this city and four sisters Mrs. Tolli Miller, New Mexico, Mrs. Lucy Rohwedder and Miss Anna Ranbarger of Rock Island and Mrs. Ida Bailey, Joslin, IL.

Services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2:00 at Knox Undertaking Parlor. The Rev. H.W. Reed will officiate. Burial will be in Chippiannock Cemetery.
