JOANN WHITE (McNeill)

Mrs. JoAnn White 7251/2 Fourteenth-and-a-half street , Rock Island , died at 9:12 o'clock this morning in her home. She had been ill six months. Mrs. White, the former JoAnn McNeil, was born Oct. 24, 1882 , in Jackson Center , Pa. She had lived in Rock Island since moving from Sherrard a year ago. She was married to John White Dec. 24, 1897 , in Aledo.
Surviving are the widower; seven daughters, Mesdames Alfred Mourlin, Morrison, Bert Peterson, Woodhull, B.F. LeClaire, Bettendorf , Elmer Jordan, Woodhull, and Lewis DeMay, East Moline , and the Misses Ida Mae White, Moline , and Henrietta White, at home; four sons, Charles, Clark, Wilmer and Robert, all of Rock Island ; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Lang, Alliance , Ohio , and Mrs. Jennie Carey, Salt Lake City , and 13 grandchildren. The body was taken to the Esterdahl Mortuary, Moline .
