MINNIE LUDWIG (Meese)

Mrs. Minnie Ludwig, 71, of 805 Forty second avenue , Rock Island , died at 1 a.m. Wednesday in her home after an illness of three years. Mrs. Ludwig, the former Minnie Meese, was born in Rock Island May 12, 1878, and had resided there her entire life. She was married in Herman Ludwig in Davenport in 1901.

Surviving are her husband; 4 sons, including Edward, Carl and Leroy, Rock Island ; 3 daughters, including Mrs. Esther Schultz and Mrs. Clara Malone, Rock Island ; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in the Hodgson funeral home followed by burial in Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call at Hodgson's after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
