The will of the late John Metzgar of Coe was admitted into probate this
morning. It was executed on November 24, 1888 in the presence
of J.W. Simonson and Hugh Mc Call who were named as executors
of the will. He bequeathes to his daughter Emma H. Jones $100,
he having given her a note previcously for $700 which shall
be her share of the estate.
To his three daughters Mary Raymond, Martha Murray and Lucy Williams,
he bequeathes all his household furniture which shall be divided
equally and after all debts and claims against the estate are
paid, it shall be divided equally between the following five
children David C. Metzgar, Mary Raymond, Martha Murray, Lucy
Williams and W.F. Metzgar.
